SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail for all orders and will go out Wednesdays and Saturdays, but typically faster if we can make it happen. If you desire faster shipping please notify us at checkout or by email.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are welcome for standard items. Please arrange a return within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing for instructions. Most sales of custom orders are final due to their handmade and sometimes one of a kind nature. Please read all descriptions and sizes carefully. You must contact us in advance for an authorized return. All claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Olive + Indio reserves the right to request photos of damaged item(s) before authorizing a return. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Olive + Indio. If you find that your item has arrived damaged, please email and we will work to fix the issue. We're flexible but please send a message to discuss any issues.
